Return & Exchange

– All pieces on our website are made to order; therefore, refunds are NOT available. This policy is clearly stated on each product page.

– Your orders will be shipped within 7-10 working days. (Delivery times may vary for some special products. You can see the delivery times for the products from their detail pages.)

SEMA ZIELMAN is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Taxes and Duties:

We ship to your destination on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the prices displayed on site are exclusive of all taxes and duties. When your order arrives at Customs, you are responsible for paying all import duties, customs and local sales taxes. 

Return and Exchange:

– As all products are made to order, returns are not accepted; however, a size exchange is possible.

– You can request a one-time size exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

– To create an exchange request, send an email to info@semazielman.com, specifying your reason for the exchange. Make sure to include your first and last name, as well as your order number, in the email subject line.

– Products sent without an e-mail exchange request WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED.– If your exchange request is found suitable and approved, you will receive an email with a DHL Express Return Label and the address of our head office for shipping.

– If you choose to use a shipping company other than DHL Express, all shipping costs must be covered by you.

– Exchanges that do not comply with the stated terms will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

– If you wish to exchange the product, a $50 USD deduction will apply for each product valued below $1,000 USD, and a $100 USD deduction will apply for products valued at or above $1,000 USD.

Terms of Exchange:

– Exchanges are limited to one time only for a different size. No second exchanges are allowed for the same order.

– All returned items must have their original tags and labels attached, undamaged. Products that have lost authenticity are not eligible for exchange.

– Exchanges for products damaged by customer misuse (e.g., torn, deformed, broken) will not be accepted.

– Products with visible traces or noticeable odors (e.g., perfumes, deodorants) will not be eligible for exchange.

– Return packages must be sent back in their original packaging to ensure the safety of the product. Packages without original packaging or adequate safety measures will not be accepted for exchange.

– The package is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches the exchange address. SEMA ZIELMAN assumes no responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. Please ensure that your return shipment is securely packaged and sent through a traceable, insured shipping service.
